This was the second time I have been To Perry’s and both times have been great ! It is a very family friendly atmosphere . My family has been coming here for the past 7 years so it holds a special place in my heart .It was a tradition for them and now it will be a tradition for me and my friends . I love the little cottages and I always wanted to stay in them as a kid and now I get to do that . The location is perfect because it’s close to everything. It is a vintage motel which is really cool so if you’re looking for a place with the newest things and the latest amenities maybe look elsewhere . This place is perfect the way it is !! I’ve already left a positive Google review so I’ll leave another here. We just finished our second stay at Perry’s and we’ve already booked our next stay in their 3 bedroom cabin. I’ll repeat this is a no frills spot but we truly love it. The owners are a small family and they are amazing people. I made a bonehead reservation mistake and they helped us out in a big way when they absolutely didn’t have to. They’re the best.||Our daughter loves the pool and all the toys. We spent two great nights swimming with the mountains in the background. It’s great getting her down to sleep in her own bed and then grilling on the provided charcoal grill. Not sure we could ever stay anywhere else in North Conway

We rented a cottage from Perry's. It was extremely small. It happened to be a very cold night and the single, antiquated propane heater was inadequate to heat the bedrooms. The top of all the walls were simply lattice which allowed for zero privacy between bedrooms and miniscule common sitting area. Small touches ,such as a small table,robe hooks or even any shelving was non existent. Louvered blinds on some windows were broken. Toilet paper holder was consistently malfunctioning resulting in roll constantly falling. The pictures we viewed of the space made it appear deceptively larger than it really was. The bathroom and shower were very small and difficult to maneuver in.The provided charcoal grill contained an old hamburger. The room was very clean and the property is very picturesque.

Such a special place in the White Mountains. The cottages are old and simple, but full of charm and character. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and the owners are genuinely kind people who make you feel welcome. It’s comfortable, affordable, and has that down to earth vibe that’s getting hard to find. A place that really feels like home in the mountains.
