Love this resort! Great place for beginners and experienced riders. Not only is it beautiful and well maintained, the staff is great too. I took snowboard lessons with Logan and he was an incredible instructor. Very supportive, patient, and clear with instructions. I went from barely being able to get off the lift to connecting my turns and feeling confident going down the mountain. I will continue driving from Rochester to board here! Highly recommend this resort to anyone who is interested in starting out or trying somewhere new!
I'm not a Skiier and I love this place! Cheapest lodging at The Swain Resort for miles around! Shawmuts grill has the best indoor and outdoor views and service to tell your friends about in this itty bitty town of Swain, NY 🥰 🌹🙌🏻 this is close to where I grew up so it is very close to my heart, the hills sing to me and the wind whispers of adventure! Haha
I went with chobani for the special Olympics and had a great time. Good lunch and big enough to have a lot of people. Great place to go. Highly recommend!
We only went skiing. It was my son and my first time ever skiing. We had a great instructor, Mike. Loved that it wasn't crazy crowded. Lots of space for beginners, they will slow the lift for you, and rental equipment seemed good. Thanks for a great day!
Nice ski mountain. Not crowded, which is nice. Friendly staff, great runs for beginners. If you’re local or already in the area visiting, you should check out Swain!
