SureStay Plus by Best Western St Marys Cumberland

Wow...what a pleasant surprise for the price. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything from the front desk to the rooms to the breakfast area and even the grounds were neat and clean. We like to stay at Best westerns because they always have comfortable beds. Sausage and eggs one morning and bacon and eggs the next plus the usual assortment. Good coffee available 24 hours..

We spent one night at this location en route home from Florida. For a pet friendly hotel that does not have any rooms that were not utilized in the past for pets, I will say housekeeping does a great job of cleaning. I have allergies to pets and always ask for a non pet room at pet friendly hotels, unfortunately they didn't have any rooms. It was late evening, we had been on the road over 10 hours, and I just decided I would make the best of it. Was I surprised! Not the first reaction.||This is a older hotel, but well kept up. We didn't stay for the complimentary breakfast.

Positive: Attention to detail. First thing I noticed was a very clean lobby. This gave me a good idea the rooms were going to be clean and they were! No carpet, no foul orders. Great job! Negative: ""

Great and safe location. Breakfast was great and most importantly the breakfast serving person Dina was amazing. She was so warmly and friendly, asking us if we needed something, truly southern hospitality. We will stay here again when we visit this area in future.

This is not a 5 star motel but was however one of the best pet friendly places we have stayed in requardless of price point. They have a wonderful pet walk area,small bar/pub clean rooms and everything you could need close by.At their prices you won't find a better deal.BTW we had to stay an extra night due to a blown tire.We won't hesitate to use them again in our travels.
