SureStay Plus by Best Western Odessa

Very honest people working there. I left two very valuable necklaces at the room I was staying at and completely forgot until really late that same day. One of them was brass and the other one was made of pure Silver. And we all know how valuable silver has become these days. They tried calling me twice that day but I hang up on numbers I don't know because of spam calls. I even blocked the number they called me so much. The next morning I went and they had them in a small bag and gave them to me. I have left things in hotels before and this is the first time I got them back. I highly recommend this hotel. Great human beings.

Location is good and the staff is friendly. The parking lot is lit well and the prices are good also has a nice swimming pool. But the room I had was pretty worn out. The walls were pretty dirty the Sheets Were stained and the towels were stained. Things in the room were loose and just starting to fall apart a bit. I don't like to leave negative reviews but I also want to be honest

Coinvent location right of the interstate. Nice clean room, large and comfy beds, and big tv screen. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods and large enough not to get crowded. The indoor pool was also great to swim in and was pretty big. Overall one of the best experiences I have had in the area especially for cleanliness.

Nice place would book again

First time I went great, rooms clean and all. This time around it was disappointing, and bit disgusting the room still had trash from previous person the sheets were not changed just bed redone cause there was hair and nail clippings between sheets which would not if they were changed js, breakfast had no options and still closed at past 7 am idk
