New owners can’t work booking.com so if you pay ahead they will tell you that you didn’t and try to charge you. Left with no room for the night, was understanding because it was cheap but beware of bugs, towels with stains and the rooms smell like mildew. Horrible all around down to customer service now

Everything was great. We had 3 rooms and they try to out put room near even having different types of rooms. Price was economical compare to other hotels around. Rooms were cleaned and they did service our room upon request and provided extra towels.

Our family spent 2 nights here one weekend, occupying 3 rooms. The common areas were clean and the hotel was quiet. The staff took no notice of us, didn't look up to see who was entering, no smiles or greetings unless we initiated. I got the strong impression they did not want to acknowledge us. The rooms smelled unwashed. The odor hit you as soon as you entered the room. The typical accessories: iron, ironing board, hair dryer were missing from my room. The back door to the parking lot was always unlocked, not cool! I didn't go to breakfast, but family members said it was very basic. Will stay somewhere else next time!

will not stay here again. odor in room, had to buy my own air freshener. Rug was dirty and stained. maid service is poor quality. Came back one day and bed made wasn't made. Bed was very uncomfortable. Towels didn't spell clean. did have issue with front desk, story too long. the only part that made our trip worth staying is my new granddaughter. like it's said, you get what you pay for. 3:00 am just killed a flying roach.

This place is an absolute dump. The room smelled like mold, the bathroom was dirty, the mattress was thin with box springs and incredibly uncomfortable, the lamp shades were damaged, and everything was in general state of disrepair and extremely outdated.
