SureStay by Best Western Obetz Rickenbacker Airport

This is a great value but there is a reason for that. After making my reservation I received an email confirming my king room reservation however it was said that I booked a handicapped room. I did not book a handicap room and didn't want to stay in a handicap room. I called the hotel directly, twice...no answer. So I called corporate. They confirmed that I didn't make a reservation for a handicap king and they also tried calling the hotel directly....no answer. When I arrived to check in the young lady was on her personal phone and continued her conversation all while trying to find a king room that had been cleaned that day. She made a key and personally checked that the room had been cleaned and came back to the front desk and made our keys. When I arrived to the room it was probably 50

Horrible experience. One light worked. Heater super loud. Broken chair. No desk. Smells. Web says they had breakfast so I chose it bc it was close to the funeral and had a free breakfast. Figured even if it had bad reviews, as long as I could eat it would be worth it. BECAUSE NOYHING IS AROUND THE PLACE TO EAT. What does 'Breakfast under construction' mean? It means they advertise something they don't provide. Called corporate. They transfered me to nothing first time. Come to find out when I called back. People I need to speak to aren't there and don't open till 7 Arizona time. I will never in my life use this company again. I hope they go out of business.

This was the worst motel experience of my life. (I am in my 70s). Our first room (102) had a TV that didn't work. We were moved to 110. After a while, we saw the toilet didn't work. Back to 102, where we could not watch the World Series. The beds were comfortable, hoorah. In the morning came the worst motel breakfast I have ever had.|The desk people were fine. I think they were exasperated by what they had to offer.

Positive: Nothing anymore, it was dirty, had to go get bed cloths towels, batteries and lite bulbs no phone in the room no cleaning personal. They should be ashamed to charge people to say there I have stayed at this Negative: I have stayed at this hotel twice before, and I have never been so disappointed. Or embarrassed for the looks an the staff . I ordered a suite , never got it do to they never cleaned it!!

had a very good water system. good pressure and temperature. probably had a well maintained water system. TV usually worked. one half of the bed was fairly comfortable. Staff was nice. they talked about how new the place was. security was good
