Super Star Inn & Suite Crete

First, I'd like to say this is most definitely the cleanliest hotel I have stayed in! The service is great and anything I needed during my stay was accommodated in a very timely manner. When I'm in town this will always be my #1 choice of place to stay. Great people and great place!

The rooms are clean, however they over charged our credit card they did fix it for us but before he hung up the phone I could hear him say "why does she always call and complain?" We stay there once a year and I have never called to complain before.

Booked months in advance and when I showed up they stated an entirely different price then they gave me on the phone. When I questioned it and tried to discuss it, the person working became beligerent, like he was the one who was upset for being charged more. It was literally like something you see on tik tok. No exxageration, The rudest person I've ever encountered in customer service in my entire life. I wasn't going to say anything, but wow, it was crazy. Some master gaslighting when I wanted to discuss the bait and switch. Place also stinks like cologne and cooking and looks incredibly cheap inside with a 12 foot mural of Christ's last supper in the lobby. When I told the guy I was going to give a bad review, he said go ahead. So have a blessed day super star hotel!

Ok for the price. There is no breakfast as shown in Booking and the front desk service is horrible, but will give 3 stars as the rooms are not too old, and seems fairly clean.

Price charged was much higher than price quoted on reservation. Extra fees for using debit card, room cleaning. Bugs in the room, poor customer service. Would NOT recommend staying there. This is not a FAKE review. The owner is trying to manipulate my review. Sadly, everything I said is 100 percent true. Please don’t make the mistake of staying there.
