Super 8 by Wyndham Warroad

We have been staying at this hotel two times a year for about 5 years now. They are usually pretty friendly and accommodating. This time there was a male that checked us in. He was kind of rude. We had two rooms, and in a room on the 2nd floor we needed two rollaways. We brought one to our room from the second floor but were told we had to carry another one from the first floor up the stairs, because there isn't an elevator. What????? I didn't think we were responsible for getting our own rollaways. The chair in room 106 is disgusting. It is so filthy that we put towels on it so we could sit on it. The carpet was very dirty also. Overall the whole hotel needs a DEEP cleaning. One other note: Our room didn't have any coffee in it. How can you forget to stock that? They did gi

Wow, this place needs a remodel. Rooms are needing some love. Room wasn't cleaned enough for my standards, but I don't blame housekeeping, there doing the best they can considering. The breakfast was a joke. I don't recall seeing a smaller breakfast area in any other hotel that offers it. I was very disappointed with that. The staff was very pleasant and easy to get along with. Parking with a boat was good also. Place smells like cigarettes. Was surprised to see ash trays in the rooms. Only paid 55$ a night, was happy about that. I think I'll try somewhere else next time.

Our 2 nights stay was comfortable and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. This hotel is no longer Super 8. It’s owned by the Casino and is called Lucky Sevens Hotel. I requested Google update the name. But they don’t always except my requests. It would be nice if the casino could update the outdated, overgrown and dead landscape around the hotel. There is no breakfast, but the Holiday and Subway is next to the hotel.

Stayed in their mini suite. The carpet was dirty. The recliner was sticky and needed cleaning. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted. It was so full of ice we couldn't use it. Towels were old and thin. The room smelled old. Breakfast is served from 6 - 10 am. They ran out of food by 8 am. The breakfast area needed cleaning. Staff member was very unconcerned about customer satisfaction. Will never return!

This has to be the nastiest room ever. I stayed in 224. The bathroom was not clean there was hair on the floor in and around the bathtub. What really got me is when i went to grab a wash rag. Therw are two hanging above toilet with two hand towels. The first rag was stained so i was like ok.. Ill use the other one i unfolded it and thank god i looked at it before i used it. There was something smeared on it and me have to smell everything i did.. Big time mistake. It smelled like an overweight person wiped it between there fat roll is smelled and looked spoiled just like that. I am a former housekeeper and i would be embarrassed if i left a room looking this way. It is unsanitary and disguating. I think this hotel needs to look at there employees and who they want representing there name.
