Doc's Harbor Inn Lodging and Rentals

Came into Warroad to see where my husband's dad grew up. Janet and Randi are friendly and very welcoming. The house is just what you would expect for being over 100 years old. We loved the tall ceilings and spacious rooms. The addition of original artifacts throughout the home was very interesting in a good way. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. only a few hours after we checked in we decided to add an additional day and stay longer.

This house was absolutely amazing. It was super cozy, and I would for sure go back. Now I was reading the reviews and I am surprised nobody had mentioned anything about ghosts because my whole family had experienced things in this house. In the master bedroom waking up at night I saw someone walking across the room it was a woman, probably the scariest thing I have ever experienced. In another bedroom I was relaxing in the bed and all the lights in the room went out at once. The celling light and the floor lamp next to me and they wouldn't turn back on. Then all the light bulbs exploded. Many other things like footsteps and the sounds of feet running around. Now this house is just beautiful and is super cute. What an amazing piece of Americana and history in Warroad! A perfect place for a night or for multiple, Doc's is set up for small gatherings and family getaways. We enjoyed two nights, two of the coldest in the winter, and we enjoyed having access to the entire home, kitchen included! I would recommend planning to "eat in" during your stay to really enjoy and appreciate all the staff has preserved and kept available while you stay. The Summer & Winter are perfect at Doc's!

Great place to access the Riverbend Skate Path! Hockey rink at the bank and a little warming hut with a lot of skates to borrow if you need.
