Super 8 by Wyndham Union Gap Yakima Area

Rooms were good! Enough space and lighting! The service is good. There always there when you need them and super helpful and kind. Good location by the freeway and easy to get in town. And lots of food walking distance (dennys, outback, Texas Roadhouse).

Positive: I didn't like anything about this hotel! Negative: Rude staff (esp mgr) Room smelled of mildew. Amenities not as advertised. Free breakfast? Where? No alarm clock or wake up calls. Broken TV. No elevator. Cold pool. Keeps deposit for dirty towels calling them damaged. Bans you if you complain.

It was too horrible this time around !!!! My room was so dusty and dirty and hair all over the bed and pillows !!! The front desk was rude and this new deposit was so uncalled for and not necessary!!! And that was the first I was told that it was a must !!! They don’t care that I’m a rewards member at all and this last time was a free stay with my points and I was treated horribly and the rook given was a different and so disgusting!!! My baby is now sick from all the dirt and dust!!! No mini fridge my baby had to be with out milk !!! All night!!!! I need my deposit back immediately!!!!

Talk about a broke down palace, what a dump. Even the inside smells like cigarettes. The was broken glass by the entrance. The TV barely worked, think 1985 era tv antenna reception. The complimentary breakfast had waffles and a smattering of fruit. It's only saving grace is the pool was adequate, warm enough to get in. Would not recommend.

Usually I would have nothing but nice things to say about this hotel because they've been so good to me in the past. however this trip was a little different. I spent well over the room rate i was quoted online because they would not accept my card, they Would not give me the rate that was on their OWN website But instead charged me $15 more per night, PLUS when we were checking out, expecting our $100 deposit, they really charged us $30 for Makeup on 2 washcloths! Like they don't expect people to wash their faces??? I even offered to go buy new washcloths At Walmart or wash the makeup out myself! Its Makeup! A Lil dawn or bleach can do wonders!!! STEP UP UR HOUSEKEEPING TRICKS SUPER 8. DAMN!
