Holiday Inn Express Union Gap

I would give 5 stars but housekeeping dept. needs improvement. I found long strands of hair on bathroom floor. Also found a pair of woman's swimwear outfit hanging from tub shower curtain rod! The hotel exterior and interior was clean. Well lit parking area. Breakfast was good. Plenty of tables. The location of hotel is in an industrial area. Be aware. There is an active railroad very close. The train kept going by all night and since there is a railroad crossing close by, you can hear the loud train horns very easily. Check out clerk did not even ask how my stay was. Most hotels do.

Had a great experience at this place! I appreciated the safe and clean location, which was in good proximity to the highway but far enough away that I didn't hear any highway noise. I liked the breakfast—it was quite good with a nice variety of options. The room was clean and quiet, providing a comfortable atmosphere for my stay. Check-in was fast and efficient. Overall, I would recommend this place for a pleasant and hassle-free experience!

I have stayed at this property for over seven years quite a bit and it is in a great location! Staff is always friendly, welcoming, and property is always spotless and smells fresh. Breakfast is always hot, fresh and the pancake machine has never let me down. I also have to mention that some of the staff has been here for years. Kuddos to the manager for making this a place for your team as well as regular customers!! Thank you.

Had a great experience. Kids absolutely loved it. A little staff error but nothing they weren't willing to make up for. Of course kids loved the pool and hot tub. Rooms clean,modern and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Shout out to Payton 🫶 breakfast stayed stocked. A delicious spread. They had a couple computers where kiddos played games. Seating area was great were adults hung out. The area is tucked away,quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend 10 out 10. Whether you're visiting family,business trip or passing through. . .

Great rooms and clean, well kept facilities. The breakfast is really good in both variety and quality. Service and interactions with the staff is always very pleasant and gracious. I'll definitely recommended this place!
