Beware when booking. The checkout time on the website, on the confirmation email, and the sign posted inside the room door said 12pm. I was informed when I went to check out at 11:45 that the checkout time is in fact 11am. She said they go ahead and "automatically check people out who don't check out at 11". She said "it was on the paper you signed when you checked in". Why not just mention that to people? Most aren't reading everything on there, and just assume the time on confirmation and door is correct. Seems very shady to me. And then she got a little flustered when I made sure we weren't going to be charged and asked for a receipt. The floors in room were disgusting, air conditioner barely worked and room was hot most of time, bathroom fixtures were rusted and nasty looking, and towe

Redi was absolutely friendly and extremely helpful when I came down for coffee n breakfast!! She made fresh coffee for me and gave me apples, oranges, and blueberrymuffins to go. The king bed was very comfortable and my wife n I loved the gigantic bathroom!!! Room was clean too!!!

Check in was easy. We checked in around 4pm. The guy at the front desk was very polite! We got our keys to room 103. As soon as we opened the door and walked in all you could smell was smoke.. the couch had a whole bunch of stains on it... my husband and I turned to each other and said no.. went back to the front desk where the same guy helped us cancel/check out of the hotel and refunded our money. We went to a different hotel in town.

Positive: Absolutely Nothing !! Never Again !!!!! Negative: It was Smelly & nasty !! Stains all over carpet & furniture. I never slept !! I heard Rats fighting in our room !!! No Phone in our room . We had to carry all luggage . & walk upstairs & I'm handicapped. ! Rat poop all over bed . I want a Refund!!

At first, it was OK way better than the motel six up the road that place was a dump at first. It was in a pinch. I had to clean my own room ask for towels. I did have to go ask for extra towels one night because my son got sick all over the floor and I didn’t have any other way to clean it up so I went to the front desk at two in the morning and asked for towels to clean up the mess myself so I cleaned it up best I could. I used cleaner that we had in our car cleaned it up quite nicely actually the whole time that we were there which was for about four nights nobody came in to clean our room. I had to ask for towels every time. We did have our dog with us which we were told we would be charged a fee for a pet being there that I thought was included in the price of the room in General whene
