I've stayed at the Hampton Inn Stephenville several times now, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The staff is consistently welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I walk in. My room has always been clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, which makes it easy to relax after a long day. One of the highlights of my stay is breakfast the General Manager always stops by to visit with us, and she is super sweet and genuinely funny. It’s rare to see leadership so involved and personable, and it makes the experience feel even more like home. The hotel is quiet, safe, and conveniently located, and the team goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel taken care of. I’ll definitely continue choosing this hotel every time I’m in the area.

We came to Stephenville for a funeral, and the kindness we received at the Hampton Inn meant more than we can express. Crystal helped us with an early check‑in so we could get settled before the service, and she went above and beyond by helping us find a hotel near the Stockyards for an upcoming birthday trip even securing us a special rate. That level of care is rare. After the funeral, Luis made us fresh coffee and warm scones, which was such a thoughtful gesture when we needed comfort the most. Every staff member we encountered offered kind words and genuine compassion. This hotel doesn’t just provide a place to stay they take care of people. We are truly grateful and will always choose this Hampton Inn whenever we’re in the area.”

We had such a nice visit! The staff was amazing so friendly and helpful, it really made a difference. Breakfast was great too, especially the fresh fruit. It’s always nice to have something healthy and tasty to start the day. The hotel’s definitely older, but we noticed lots of improvements since our last stay. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. From the parking lot to the lobby to our room, it was spotless. Big thanks to the team for making our stay so comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!
