Super 8 by Wyndham Pompano Beach

Front door is suppose to be automatic no you have to pry it open. Floors are all broke up they are suppose be remodeling. Nice, drunk machine doesn't work. The rooms they have open are few. TV is so snowy you can barely see it. No cups, or ice bucket. Bed is so soft you think you are sinking inside. They could at least discount the rooms. $289 for two nights at the Bates motel. Won't get your money back when you don't want to stay.

I reserved a room with two queen beds. When I arrived, the very nice afternoon front desk clerk wanted to put me upstairs. That was unacceptable as I had several large cases and boxes of paper products and lugging them upstairs (with no elevator) would be overly burdensome. Leaving them in the car overnight was out of the question as their parking lot was open to the public.||He graciously moved me to a handicap room that he said was "the only room left on the first floor."||Full bottom floor? I never witnessed another guest at the hotel in the two days I was there.||The first night, I slept in. Went to the lobby for coffee. There was an almost full pot on the maker so I poured a cup. It was tepid (apparently, it had gotten turned off. Went back to my room and drank it quickly. Went back t

Booked here as it was close to the amphitheater and we could walk there and back. Checked in, front desk was friendly. Parking lot empty. No food nearby. Within minutes of seeing our room, we decided to leave. It was disgusting. The carpets were filthy, the shower was dirty and next to the bed (not in the bathroom), and just gross. We decided to eat the cost rather than to complain. Don’t stay here! We thought we could deal for a night, and we couldn’t. Don’t waste your money.

The rate was 144 for one night. My card was charged 167. Honestly I didn't want to interrupt the guys tv show to explain the charge, he was not friendly at all. The place stank of mold and mildew. Find anywhere else to stay.

A very big disappointment at this location. We had booked for 3 nights stayed one night and left. The room was a disaster- sink facet broken - came off in your hand. The shower hand nozzle mount was broken - to shower you had to hold the unit all the time or spay water all over the room. The toilet seat was broken. The soap holder in the shower was broken off the tile leaving a hole in the wall. One lamp was not plugged in - upon inspection a prong from the cord was broken in the outlet so nothing could be plugged in that outlet. The tiny closet had one hanger. If the bathroom door was left open you could not get into your room as the 2 doors swung into each other. I was not expecting a high end hotel, but this was so substandard my husband labeled it the Bates Hotel. We would hav
