Super 8 by Wyndham Norwich

Had the unfortunate luck of staying here. The beds felt like we were sleeping on a wooden board, my daughter's bed had a sort of sinkhole in hers, which was just weird. We had to move furniture to find an outlet to plug in our electronics The shower curtain rod was hanging on by a single screw and the caulking around the tub was black and peeling. There is no sense of pride about this place by the owners. Not everyone can afford a luxury place and Super 8 definitely doesnt inspire luxury, but at least should be well maintained. Their "complimentary breakfast" was little juice containers and granola bars.

My husband and I stayed in this motel for one night. I'm leaving the review in hopes that someone else is saved from our experience. It was a busy weekend that we stayed and there was some jazz festival going on. I feel like the room was probably twice the price of what it normally would have been. We paid over $200 for our room. We had reservations months in advance.We wanted to get out as quickly as we could and we checked in late and we were out the door before 7:00 a.m.We planned on staying for two nights but not after we saw the condition and smelled the entryway. I would rather have slept in our truck.This place reaks of smoke even though you get all these warnings that you'll be charged if they smell it in your room. We made reservations months in advance sight unseen.Place is dated

Was drove 8 hrs to reach there.When requested for late check out when check inn at 8 pm, front desk replied that come in the morning to let front desk know.Found roaches on pillow

We came in for my husband's funeral.We were checking in with easy.What went right to the room?Everything was fine.A handicap bar in that shower would have been nice.But basically everything was fine

We were traveling for sports and there really is not much in the area. That said, if anyone is sensitive to smoke, this is not the place for you. While the rooms are nonsmoking and no one was actively smoking, clearly the motel at one point allowed smoking. It's in the carpet, drapes, AC unit, and comforter. There was no way to avoid the smoking smell. The motel was spotless, and it was really just a quick overnight, but I wish we had driven a little further to a place that was a bit less musty.
