I was put here in an emergency situation, there was roaches in both rooms, the complementary breakfast was the same every single day although it was free it was the same kind of spread every day, After complaining to management staff, they did spray my room however they tried to say that the roaches came with me. I came from a roach free apartment so they did not come with me. That was a hair problem not a me problem. I am a clean person so is my apartment. The Door frame work in the bathroom is loose. The carpet in the corners in the room is frying and coming up. The curtains have holes in them. The top of the comforter on the bed has holes in them. The screen is coming off of the window. We checked in at 1pm today july 4th 2025 we where in are room and someone just walked in freely because the front desk gave them are room key never put are information in the system took my money i have my conformation code paid for the room im so disguested will never stay here again the guess that walked in where super apologetic we could of been naked anything ETC im so mad I will never stay here again. Worse exprience ever especially when i have my kids in here scary moment of my life shame on you motel 8 do better!!!!!!!!

Positive: The service was great but the room had a strong odor, and the carpets they need to be replaced the refrigerator was off and the TV did not turn on, it was disappointing when having a long day from my son's birthday party and traveling. Negative: The room,

The room smelled like straight up cat pee. The toilet didn't flush right. The sink was clogged. There were these huge bugs (not roaches but some sort of beatle) in the main room and bathroom. The place was absolutely disgusting. Luckily the front desk lady seemed nice enough. Aside from the fact that the only thing she could offer for the smelly room was air freshener 🙄😒😒 also the location was far from pretty much everything. Definitely more of a spot for travelers who just need a quick place to stay during a long trip somewhere. Just pray you don't leave with more than you came with 😬😬

Pros: -Close to Splash Down Beach waterpark and Legoland NY -Cheap Prices -Beds -Running Water -Continental Breakfast (Minimal with still frozen bagels, no juice, very empty display) -Wifi Cons: -Rooms and beds were very run down -Rooms were dirty with dirty carpets and bathroom had hair in it. -Tub felt like I was going to fall through when I stood to take a shower. -Floor in bathroom lifting -Tub always dripping -Only 2 towels for the room. Asked for additional since we booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids and were told there were none. -Walking down the halls made it feel like some rooms were unusable since there were big orange straps against the doors. -No way to plug in an electric vehicle. -Card keys randomly stop working frequently You get what you pay for.
