Super 8 by Wyndham Massena NY

This was a nice clean place to stay. The hostess was very friendly, helpful and made you feel welcomed. She let us check out at noon as we over slept due to the hour change. We were late for the continental breakfast and the hostess broughtussomepastries. I highly recommend staying here.

Located about 15 min from the Canadian border crossing and close by to retail and food. Smooth check in. Room itself was on the smaller side but worked for me. Bed was comfy, pillows/bedding nice. AC worked well. WiFi was speedy. TV was a Roku TV but you couldn't cast anything to it or use it as a SMART TV as they don't have it on the internet. Shower had good pressure, nice hot water, but a very worn out handle. No noise issues. No annoying knock on my door before checkout. Smooth checkout. One of the better Super 8 stays I've had. I wish more of the chains properties were like this.

Stayed here for 1 night for work. Room was pretty nice considering it is a Super 8. Check in was fast and curteous. However there was nobody running the front desk at night so if you lose your room key you are sol. Pretty average experience

Positive: "" Negative: Does not serve a continental breakfast, bedding was stained and when cleaned looked like all they did was remade the bed with same bedding. Cramped parking.

The rooms and the TV were luxurious. I was also afraid is the scarlet Macaw Resin Figurine which I was scared. Prefyyyyyyt, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!! I got like turned my head and I had to concentrate on the office desk instead. Rooms were also clean, but there is NO shoe rack!!!
