Super 8 by Wyndham Lebanon

I stay here with work frequently and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Tonight I walked in and there were beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby. That was a nice touch to being away from home. Damion did a great job on them. He and Eric are top notch. So nice, knowledgeable and helpful and they both are always smiling. Keep up the great work guys!

I travel alot and Wyndham (Super 8 mostly) "was" my go to when looking for lodging since they were fairly inexpensive. Until I found out that even as a Diamond member, Wyndham doesn't care about your experiences or visits to thier establishment. I had a horrid experience at thier Fredricksburg, VA hotel and wrote several times to try and get a response from either Corporate or thier PR dept and they always brush me off and send me to the hotel manager of the establishment. Where this person repeatedly would accuse, my spouse and I, of fabrication and basically lying about our experiences there! We stayed all of an hour in the room and decided to leave, it was that bad! So, the reason I went into details of a prior experience is for the fact, I have never complained or written a negative re

The tv did not work. The air vents in the bathrooms do not work. The key card reader at the back of the motel does not work. The door is open all the time. After one day you do not get your room cleaned nor do you get clean towels.

I hated it there! The manager is RUDE they knew I had service dogs and they knew my husband smokes he took it OUTSIDE they are now trying to say he smoked in the room and I didn’t report my SERVICE ANIMALS they are trying they took extra money off my card too ! Not to mention the toilet was broken would not flush and the A/C had problems we checked in Sunday checked out Monday they are trying to say I stayed until FRIDAY when I did not 😒 worse hotel ever
