Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lebanon by IHG

Super friendly staff. Exceptionally clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast was also great. Mattress was a bit stiff but overall highly recommended.

Great service from Judy and the entire staff from check in to check out. Rooms were very comfortable. We were visiting the breaks interstate park and found that this location was very convenient. We will be back when in the Lebanon area

The staff was very accommodating to our group of 20 that gathered for a stay following a family funeral. Everything was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of chairs and sofa in the lobby and the dining area was perfect for gathering in the evening. The friendly staff provided popcorn and drinks throughout the evening. Rooms were very clean and beds/pillows very comfortable. I loved the spacious bathroom and counterspace with great lighting for applying makeup!

Stopped in on our trip from Tennessee to see family in South Chesterfield Va. Had a wonderful stay. Will be staying there again on the trip back Staff at all IHG hotels we hVe encountered have been wonderful. Including Candlewood Suites Colonial Heights Va. See my review there as well.

Absolutely one of my favorite hotels in the country!! I stay every year when I come to town, sometimes multiple. I can honestly say this place has improved dramatically since new management took over. I think they told me her name is Judy. But no matter what you can see the difference. Joshua and the female night auditor were both amazing. We were in town for a family emergency and they both were so helpful and accommodating to our unique situation. I would recommend to this hotel to anyone, all the time!!
