Sadly seeing this theme more and more throughout Utah. Certain groups take ownership of a hotel and it becomes disgustingly dirty, breakfast goes from full continental hot and respectable to what this place offered: slices of white bread, Nutella and syrup. Not even the materials to make a waffle though the machine remained as leftover from a time when hotel owners cared about quality. The pool in the photos is obviously from prior owners as the actual pool is covered in grime, be careful about this place. Multiple rooms were occupied by the family who owns it and their relatives, and the employees walked around without shoes. It’s so sad to see the decline of the hospitality industry in real time.

The front desk staff went out of their way to help when my original reservation at another location fell through after I had driven 8 hrs from California. I was to stay 5 nights with my son and his family who were on their way, coming from Salt Lake. They were wonderful about letting my senior dog stay. The room was clean and extremely quiet. The cleaning staff kept us well supplied. The location was central to the activities we were there to enjoy and close to good restaurants.

Overall a great stay for the budget price we paid! We especially enjoyed the in room accommodations, it felt comfy and homey. Everything was convenient and we also enjoyed the breakfast selections - coffee, waffles, apples, milk, cereal, toast, juice, instant oatmeal, etc. The service was also excellent, the front desk manager really went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. She even made an exception and accommodated our room change request when we asked to get a 2nd floor room instead of a 1st floor room. Great location with many food options nearby, only a ~30 minute drive to Zion National Park.

It was disgustingly dirty. The bed sheets were stained and the bedding itself should be thrown out. The furniture was all old and should all be replaced. The carpet was dirty with visible signs that it wasn’t vacuumed from the previous travelers. We were so tired from traveling that we almost stayed, however it got worse the more we checked the room. Food in and around the furniture, underneath and behind. We found someone’s dirty sock, pills, and various other garbage. We started checking for bed bugs, because the room was so dirty. We quickly decided to not risk staying there and went to explain the situation to the front desk. He refunded us for 3 nights, but not for the first night even though we explained the cleanliness or lack there of. He told me to call management the next day. I

It’s the Super 8. We weren’t exactly looking for expensive frills, just a basic room, and this one met our needs for two nights. Check in was quick and cordial. Our room had basic furnishings and two comfortable queen beds. The TV worked with a Direct TV remote for Direct TV channels. The room was orderly and everything was in good working condition. I was impressed that they actually had four plump pillows on each bed. Toiletries included tiny bars of soap, so if you stay there, bring your own bar. The shower provided a good supply of hot water, but the pressure was weak. The room and the continental breakfast were acceptable for the budget price we paid.
