Super 8 by Wyndham Heath/Newark

Very disappointing. I am disabled and my current home is only equipped with a shower. I used to take hot baths to help alleviate my pain some at my old home and thought a solution might be to rent a hotel room with a tub for a night to unwind. When I first entered the lobby and asked about a room with a bathtub, the gentleman at the desk first told me “we don’t have”. I asked further - so you don’t have rooms with bathtubs? He told me correct - no bathtubs. I said funny because online photos show you do. Then he suddenly changes his story - yes there are rooms with bathtubs but it will cost me $100 deposit and is $90 a night. After being lied to at the outset (the man wasn’t particularly friendly), I didn’t feel comfortable renting for a night here. Very uncool. Do better guys. Sincerely

Wonderful experience! We had just finished 3 straight weeks of work at a camping festival and were looking for some celebratory relief and relaxation so I went with the first affordable hotel on the list and saw the jacuzzi room but when I asked for it over the phone,she said they had no jacuzzi room, just a tub with jets... but I misunderstood that last part, so when the moment came to unlock the door and turn on that light, we did not expect the MOST charming little jacuzzi room with beautiful blue walls and a dramatic huge black and white print of tulips over the comfy bed. It was only $103 on a Thursday, which is great from my experience.

Positive: It was solitude, spacious Negative: The shower had NO pressure. The guests next door allowed their children to play a stomp on the floor game.

Wasn’t expecting a 4 star resort, so this fit the bill perfectly. 2 nights under $200 total. We visited our niece at Denison in Granville. Very charming town, definitely visit if you can.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean did not see any bed bugs and they gave extra towel. 2 floors no elevator and no luggage carts. Breakfast was stale muffins cold cereal apple and banana and some expired yogurt. The lady at the front desk during overnight was nice but the morning staff was rude and not at all helpful. Next time I would pay more to stay somewhere else.
