Super 8 by Wyndham Havre

Rooms were okay at this hotel, can't complain at the price value. Service and location was good. Pet fee $20 per pet per night which is typically for Super 8. Improvement: add some sort of either just water or like orange/apple juice dispenser in the breakfast area. It only had coffee and a sink to fill up a cup of water. Nothing to drink with your breakfast. Remote didn't turn on tv. Also signage posted about not eating in rooms was odd as some rooms have fridges for food and a table to eat at.

Positive: The location was convenient to us. Negative: The microwave and other appliances were not working. The bed sheets were not clean well. The carpet on the floor needed major vacuuming. The hotel hired a front desk person who worked for over a month, but still has no clue how to check-in.

Skylar or however you spell his name is a liar. Worst service. Told me I’d get a refund after saying he was asking his manager while I was on the phone and heard him ask her while having me on the phone and the answer was yes… Now it is oh sorry we dropped the $ in the safe, you’ll have to fight it with the manager. He literally said good luck… stay anywhere else in Havre

The front desk lady was extremely nice, very professional. I don’t like being charged $100 for incidentals. But I was told it would be refunded. |Not great carpet…kinda nasty actually. But I guess they can get away with it especially at Fair Time? Or so I’m told. |The beds/pillows were ok. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. The bathrooms are just too small; even for one night.

Staff is super nice its a comfortable environment! Clean an good breakfast ! An don't get mad everything I lock myself out !
