Quality Inn Havre

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here for work and all three times there's been issues. This time I was able to get a video of bed bugs literally crawling on me as well as photos of bed bugs in/on my bed. DISGUSTING. The only time I've ever encountered bed bugs before was during a previous stay at this hotel and I was covered in bites when I got home. 0/10 would recommend. They made zero inclination of refunding my room or doing any sort of compensation even though I have literal proof of the bed bugs in my room and physically crawling ON me.

Had to deny the first room do to heavy smoking from previous tenets. Hotel was in poor condition from doors that did not shut correctly, peeling paint or broken walls in the room. Management made no effort to suppress noisy tenets well after quiet hours. Screaming, slamming doors and somebody jumping in the pool until 2am were all factors. Very disappointed with this stay and unlikely to return

Booked online, so a quick check-in. No elevator to 2nd floor (if that's important to you) Room was ok. Clean, quiet, nothing outstanding. Bathtub filled quickly. Pool looked nice. Coffee maker in the room for some reason only makes half a cup at a time. Included free breakfast was all right, with hot foods being scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles (cereals, bread products etc) They were out of coffee the whole time we were at breakfast but it was refilled as we were leaving. For a sunday night in Sept 2025, the cost was about $107 USD before taxes

We have stayed in Quility inn before and they have been OK, I always think customer service is under rated. We arrived a bit early but Judy was very understanding and went out of her way to accommodate our request for a first floor room, plus when we were bringing our bags in to the hotel she came to help us, so it's a big thank you to Judy. When we were cooking some food in the microwave it kept tripping the fuse so we called reception to inform them and haypressto two minute later house keeping were at our door with a new one, so a big thank you to the staff, it makes a big difference to us.

Room was comfortable and clean, a little dated but functional and quiet. Staff was attentive and friendly, the pool was kind of chilly but there is a nice sauna and guest laundry facilities. it's right on the main road through town and convenient to access. There were a TON of wild bunnies everywhere which was a treat to watch. Pet friendly, though not really any grassy areas for walks. I would definitely recommend and stay again!
