We were hours away from home & check in was at 3 pm. I came in and asked and the manager if we could check in at 12 pm & he found a room that had just been cleaned. So grateful for the service. Room was very nice. Very accommodating. Couldn’t ask for better staff!

I would have given it a 5 but the fan blade in the heater was hitting something and was quite noisy. I reported it but was unable to change rooms because the hotel was full. I had to shut the heater off all night and it got quite cold in the room.

Positive: I was travelling with my little dog and booked a pet friendly room. The room had a rear entrance with easy access outside. Friendly staff. Very clean room. Negative: The milk at Breakfast was soured but fresh milk was brought out upon request.

Stayed here while traveling through to NOLA. Lobby area was clean and tidy. However, upon going upstairs the hallway and our room smelled horribly of smoke. For a non-smoking hotel this was super disappointing. Breakfast was also minimal with the only protein option being small yogurts. There were 2 choices of cereal, honey buns, and a pancake machine. Coffee was from a fountain (think soda fountain) and not freshly brewed. Hardly what I would consider a breakfast. Overall pretty disappointing and would not recommend until at least the smoke smell is mediated.

There's a lot to unpack here. First off, they don't accept our company's credit card. Everywhere else in town does, and are all unsurprisingly booked slammed full. Raj Patel is the only one I've ever dealt with. Very nice gentlemen and not his fault for the issue with having to use personal cards to pay for the rooms. The issues started to arise when my coworker and I wanted to take a shower. He went first only to see pubic hours all over the tub. He rinsed them off and that was that. We're truck drivers, so we're used to less than favorable conditions. Then it was my turn. I'm 6'5", and when I got in the shower I was literally staring at black mold in the ceiling about 4"-6" above me. Awesome.
