I would not recommend this place to anyone! It’s hard to find it’s out of the way from I 25 south. Room she put me in was still dirty so she did put me in a different room. The soft drink vending machine was empty. She had to fill it, so the sodas were warm. It’s not even very good neighborhood. It’s in an industrial park. There are no places around here to get a burger or a taco or anything, everything is delivery rooms are not real clean. I charge you $25 for your pet, plus they charge you $100 deposit which is to be returned to you upon Checkout. If you have a pet that doesn’t mess on the floor or tear things up in the room, I don’t see why you have to have a $25 payment for your pet if they’re gonna charge you $100 deposit which is refundable upon checkout! We arrived at 7:30pm after a lang drive to find they were repairing/replacing a door right across tge hall. The saw they were using was SO loud we couldn't even talk without shouting. We went out and asked what was going on. He said it woukd be only about 15 min and then he'd be using a quieter one. It went on till about 8:40. Then at 10:30 someone started banging on a door and telling for someone to open the door. This went on for 10-15 min. At 11:45 it started again, this time additionally a women was yelling front desk, front desk as well as banging on door. This also went on 15-20 min. Again about 2:30 am it happened again. Needless to say sleeping was tough. We were staying 2 nights. If you're staying more than one there is no housekeeping service the additional days. May be a chea

Stayed here for one night last-minute on a trip from Denver to the Great Sand Dunes. For the price, I didn’t expect much. The night cost under $75. The rooms are plain and a little dingy looking but clean enough. It could use a paint refresh in areas as there are some deep scratches/holes in the walls but the beds are comfortable and clean. When I entered the room it smelled like disinfectants which really didn’t bother me as it made me feel like it was clean. The A/C blew cold, at some times almost too cold, and the breakfast consisted of yogurt, waffles, bread, oatmeal, cereal, and some juice and coffee. I called the hotel in advance and they had no problem accommodating my request for top floor away from other people. If I needed a cheap place to stay, I’d have no problem staying here a

Positive: Friendly staff and was offered a suite room with no upgrade charge. Negative: TV was blue, walls were thin (could hear the lady next door coughing), and location was confusing to find.

The breakfast is limited but it is good ,coffee is delicious..The rooms are clean Non smoking rooms still smell anyways The staff is friendly,,The front desk is pretty fast in responding on any issue you might have with the rooms ..
