Super 8 by Wyndham Fort Worth Stockyards

Upon arrival, our check-in was to be at 3 o’clock. We arrived at 3:20 and our room still was not ready. on checkout, it was supposed to be 11 o’clock at 8:30 room service came to the door and open the door no knock no announcement that it was room service. When I called upfront, I was told well OK sorry. Walking in there was towels on the floor right in front of the elevator. That’s been there from the time that we checked in to the time we checked out there didn’t seem to be a leak or anything they just were never picked up very unorganized and nonchalant attitude. Will never stay there again and would not recommend anyone.

First and last time staying in this poor excuse for a hotel. The word Super should not appear in their name. Bathroom ceiling had pockets of water and mold and mildew stains from an upstairs leak. |The bed pillows were very comfortable. |The complimentary "Breakfast" consisted of your choice of Kellogg's Frosted Flakes or Raisin Bran cereal and cold milk. Toast was available with butter and jelly or jam but I ended up using my cereal spoon to spread the butter as the plastic knives available were weak and bendy.|The coffee was so-so and I didn't dare try the apple or orange juices available in the sketchy looking dispensers. There was a basket of apples.|I'm not adding photos to this review because they are revolting, let's just leave it at that.

Positive: Na Negative: I've stayed here before and my experiences had been good but not this time. Someone kept messing with the doors and making noise upstairs and next door all night. Something very wrong is going on in this hotel.

We are frequent flyers of hotels, as hubby and I are truck drivers, and I must say this has been one of the very few that we had absolutely no issues. The keys worked the whole time so we didn’t have to get them reset every day. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back when we are in town again.

So the room wasn't bad. The front desk didn't have the room I requested when I checked in so he did give us a room with a Jacuzzi tub. So that was nice. Bedding seemed clean. I did see a few dead roaches. The pool was gross, there is no gym like they said. Honestly there were a lot of sketchy people hanging around the outside of the hotel. Did not make me feel comfortable. I probably wouldn't stay again.
