Positive: It was obvious enough that staying could be a serious safety issue, which made my decision to get a different hotel easy. 🤣 Other than that... there were spots in the parking lot without broken glass? Close to the highway, so 911 could find you quickly? Negative: AVOID. Res'd 2nts. Arrive Sat 7pm, office empty/locked, no lights. Banged on door, call mx times (heard phone ringing inside). Left, return 1hr later, same. Hallway door broken, so I look inside. Might be a crack den? Bullet dodged.😆Got refund, but PIA.

I arrived at this hotel at my scheduled check-in time only to find that the property was not open. There was no staff on site, no signage explaining the closure, and no advance notice by email, text, or phone that the hotel would be unavailable. To make matters worse, Hotels.com refused to issue a refund, even though the hotel itself was not operating and I was unable to check in. After traveling and planning around this reservation, I was left without accommodations and had to find a last-minute alternative at additional cost. On December 27th we booked a room at this location through booking.com. upon arrival I was greeted by a young man who was very pleasant and gave me a room. When we went to the room the bathroom sink was behind the door as soon as I looked in the sink there was toothpaste. I then proceeded to the bathroom where the bath drain was very Rusty and a bar of soap with a human hair on it was still next to the drain. I then proceeded to check the beds. The first bed seem to be okay the second bed had dirt Between the Sheets. I then left and asked the manager to come with me to check the room. He indicated that the housekeeper may have missed it. Made a reservation, online, about an hour out from the motel. When I got there, it wasn't open. I tried calling, and got an answering machine that I couldn;t leave a message. Some folks in the parking lot said the manager had left, and would be back around lunchtime the next day. I couldn't cancel it online, because it was past the 24 hours notice. I had to pay another motel for the night.
