Quality Inn Battleboro - Rocky Mount

Quick and easy check-in. Exterior corridors. Laminate floors. The HVAC in my room didn't work well, so my room never got cool, making it hard for me to sleep. Nice free breakfast with sausage among the food options. Overall, I would have had a nice night here were it not for the warm room.

I booked this stay for my husband’s birthday weekend as it was one of the most affordable hotels near the Sylvan Heights Bird Park, which we’ve been wanting to visit for a while. We brought our two dogs with us as the pet fee was affordable compared to other hotels in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained our room was. Loved the vinyl flooring instead of carpet! All appliances worked and furniture was in good condition. Bathroom was very clean and water temp/pressure was perfect. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool on one of the afternoons of our stay. Dog walking area was clean and bag dispenser was well stocked. I've been going to this hotel for 8 yrs. I book well over two months in advance. For a specific room, 217, retired Law Enforcement, room meets my security and comfort needs. I pay for the premium room with a king size bed, for the room. Not needing it, while traveling alone. Mgt gave my room away to someone who booked a day out. I got placed in a standard room and charged for the premium room, because I was told it was too late to cancel the room. Clearly, mgt doesn't honor loyalty or policy. So now I need to find another hotel that does.

On a trip to Florida I stayed at this motel. It was not listed in the Tripadvisor directory, so I added it. They wouldn't accept the phone number on my receipt. (252-442-5111).|I paid $78 for the room and honestly, it's been almost a month since I stayed here. I write a short description of the places I stay on the receipts, and this is all I wrote about this place.|Very nice, clean, friendly and cheap. |On this particular trip I stayed in 7 different motels, so it's hard to remember specifics about each place other than what I write down. Sorry.|But, just by my description, I would probably stay here again if the occasion presents.

I love that there is NO carpeting! The air conditioning was quiet! Decent breakfast and friendly accommodating staff I had a large freezer bag that needed to be stored ( medications) or I’d have to stay somewhere else.. the check in agent made room in their chest freezer and went out of her way to make sure it would be safe.
