Super 7 Inn Siloam Springs

When I visited here it was one of my first out of town trips for work. On this particular one I got to bring my daughters with me. Why I thought this hotel was going to be good for kids, I am not sure. ||We booked a non smoking room, got a smoking room. Room smelled like a chain smoking elephant have lived there for years. No non smoking rooms were available so they sprayed a plethora of air freshener in the room....so it now smelled like flowers had chain smoked in the room. What do you do....at least they tried. Overall the room did not give a mama bear the feeling of cleanliness or comfort for her cubs but if it were just me and my husband it would have sufficed for a night, but only a night. ||It was a basic room and I shouldn't have had set such high expectations based off the nightly

Do not stay at this hotel is awful it's filthy the people are rude and they really don't care about their guests you can tell by the way they maintain the place and the way that they treat people Plus they have a wall of driver's licenses of people not to rent their rooms out to no wonder they never have any rooms rented out

They are scammers booked a room with hotels.com signed for the room then they asked for an id showed them id then wouldn’t let me get in room kept making up excuses about it and asked for a refund and wouldn’t do it WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

These people are rude. I tried to get my room with a $20 deposit and was being charged $79 more. I had already booked my room online.

People that worked there are nice they let you pay by the week if you need to ,they have free wifi to.
