Quality Inn & Suites – Siloam Springs West This stay was a mess from start to finish. We checked in one day early using a travel card, with the rest of the week supposed to be charged to my husband’s bank card. At check-in, we explicitly asked that all six days be moved to the travel card. The receptionist assured us it was “no problem.” The next morning, we discovered both cards had been charged, totaling nearly $1,600. During Christmas week, having that much money tied up because the hotel couldn’t get their billing straight was extremely stressful. The room itself was filthy. The bedding was not a comforter—just a thin pillow topper with strings. It felt like a waterproof diaper. We had to go out and buy our own bedding. I was traveling with my fur babies. I talked with customer service when booking the room concerning the pet policy. It was supposed to be $150 refundable deposit plus $25 fee for the stay. When I checked in, I had to pay $150 pet deposit plus $150 incidental deposit, total $300. I paid $150 pet deposit in cash, the other was put on my card. When I went to check out, I was not refunded my $150 pet deposit and was charged $25 per night not per stay as it was stated. I talked with the person who checked me in and I requested a copy of the pet policy as he said it was $25/per pet/per night. He said the $150 was the dog fee. I’m still waiting for that email with the pet policy that I requested. I am also still waiting for the manager to get back with me. I again spoke with customer service in

Positive: The staff is very nice and helpful. Negative: There were wet spots on the bedspread when we got there. The refrigerator didn't work either and was leaking water.

Our room was really nice. We stayed in the top corner in the back. It was huge. It had an entrance from the front and another entrance from the back. But there was no elevator. The doors opened from the outside which is nice I thought. You are right by the highway, so it is a little loud from the traffic but convenientto get on the highway. The guests were quiet. The service was good too. We had a late noon check out which was good for us because we didn't get to bed until 3:45 am. So thanks so much for that Quality. Our room had an onsuite with a sink and a fridge lots of cabinets and a giant window. We had a couch and a t.v. in there as well, But I couldn't find the remote. When I got here last night, the room appeared to be fairly clean. There were a couple of bugs in the room, but I have written them off because I may have brought them in whenever I brushed into one of the shrubs. The room itself seems to have been updated. The bed was comfortable the sheets appeared clean and were soft. What I woke I went to get breakfast. First thing I noticed is they had potatoes, biscuits, and gravy. However the sausage or bacon was missing from the spot that holds it. It wasn’t because they had run out because the spot was clean.
