Sunset Suites

Great location. Beautiful suites, boutique style. Quaint cottages. Sad that people leave bad reviews because of different political stances. Don’t stay there if you disagree. They own the place, they can promote what they want. Will definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in July during our destination wedding (we live in Texas and were married on Sunset Beach). We rented a beach house across the street from the B&B for the reception and for family to stay at. The beach house owner recommended this B&B, and I'm so glad he did! ||The B&B faces the Pacific Coast Highway, and the beach is a block away. Without our even having to ask, the manager prepared the honeymoon welcome: rose petals on the bed and a bottle of chilled champagne upon our arrival. She was very accommodating and always offering cold drinks when we were hanging out at the B&B. We had room 7, which has its own fireplace and is adjacent to a nice little terrace where we had breakfast and daily wine and cheese platters in the afternoon. The room was love

Horrible experience here. The owner doesn’t care about your experience. My room was so dirty with hair on my pillows and had hair in my shower floor. It looked liked all they did was make the bed after the last guest left. Completely disgusting. I think the owner is using this hotel as a giant billboard for trump! The owner was also a complete jerk about my complaints. Stay away from here!

Friends rented this place bc of the beautiful beach behind it. Sadly dusty and not a... I guess... nice/safe place for a bunch of ladies taking surf lessons. I love the area, but whew. Getting bad. There are nicer places for the same price nearby that they switched to.

This place is creepy and intimidating. It doesn't feel safe walking by or talking to anyone here. The owners (manager?) are very in your face with their beliefs and let the whole world know where they stand. It's imposing and feels scary. There's so many Airbnbs and other inns in the area. Spend your money & stay elsewhere.
