We are riding through and needed a place to pitch a tent just for the night. A very friendly fellow rider said hello and called the NEW OWNER and said 25 for both of us. 3 of the 4 residents we met were extremely friendly and welcoming. Owners niece was very unfriendly, but I imagine she has her reasons. Has a bathroom and shower in construction, but it works.
beside being finished rough and somewhat cheap way it's the perfect place if you want to be monitored by management and harassed by want to be rent a cops. did you have a couple of shade trees though
Nice ,friendly, not a bunch of stupid rules.common sense.
