Best Western Foothills Inn

Overall the stay was relaxing. Basic toiletries provided but suggest to bring your own toothbrush as they don’t provide, and also hotel slippers. We encountered some flies that came in through the vent of our heater/air conditioner, but they pretty much gone after room service. Great location afterall, they have free breakfast opposite the hotel and their food is amazing & appropriately priced!

We met our friends in Mountain Home for one night and stayed at the BW. The room is lovely - barn doors on the bathroom, impeccably clean, and the TV is huge. The front desk was very friendly. We stayed in a pet friendly room and were able to walk our dog out back. They gave us a breakfast voucher for Wingers restaurant next door. I do not recommend the biscuits and gravy. However, all the other breakfast options our friends had were excellent. We had dinner at the steakhouse next door - very good. |We will stay here again!

Great truck parking, close to a few restaurants. I wanted to start with the good. Lady at the front desk didn’t allow my wife to stay in the room due to CLC or something like that( Never had an issue at other hotels). Get to the room expecting a king bed, and I have a two bed room…I’m so confused at this place. 40 channels of nothing!!! I don’t recommend this place, well,maybe for an emergency.

Our company reserved room for two employees for a week. One of our employees has a very small dog. The front desk employee took offense of us complaining about the 40 dollar per day fee for an animal. She then lied to her manager stating that we were rude to her. We were not! I travel all over the country staying in hotels, an elderly man and I do complain about high fees. The manager then called our corporate offices and lied stating they have us on video being rude and obnoxious. We were not. Then the manager stated quote,that the dog was barking and running all over, and quote. We moved out that night to, another hotel owned by the same people. We moved out the next morning. This motel chain owner will never get our business again. They lost over 4000 dollars in hotel fees just this wee

I travel for work and this is one of my favorite hotels. Debbie at the front desk is great and the rooms are super nice. Wingers is right next door, which is a major advantage.
