Sunset Ridge RV Park

I made the reservation online. I didn't get a response. I then drove over there. The maintenance guy who apparently just got fired. Was very informative and friendly. However, the 'manager' took an hour lunch at 13: 30 when we showed up. The maintenance guy then called "her: ( I don't know if never had any contact) and she kept refusing the call. Then when she did answer she told him she was taking an hour lunch. I was just there to check on my reservation. The maintenance guy continues to talk with me. It was ot so we left. Later(20:00) she text me telling me she has to rundown a background check before I check in. You better believe I gave "her" the same attention se gave me earlier.

As part of our rent agreement, I was responsible for cleaning the bathrooms and tiny houses at the RV park, which was a satisfactory arrangement until I informed them of my intention to relocate and requested compensation for the last five tiny houses I helped assemble with Cheyanne, but my request was met with no response. Additionally, the park's failure to maintain the lawn led to damage to our RV's power cord and water hose when someone was finally sent to mow the grass, and although the power cord was replaced, the hot water heater was compromised when it was run over. The 50-amp breaker at our site also malfunctioned for an extended period, and despite our repeated inquiries, the park management claimed the issue was not their responsibility, stating that the power was functioning pr

Great rental far enough from Ft Hood, but close enough to fun destinations with a nice country feel. There is also a dog park up front. Very peaceful location!

My husband stays here in his trailer for work. We decided to book a cabin over the weekend. It's very clean and suits my family well. It has everything you need: full kitchen, pull out couch eating area, bathroom, and bedroom. We are right In front of the park also which is great. Quiet park. I appreciate the staff and owners and how accommodating they are.

I was visiting family in Killeen and this RV park was about 20 minutes from where they lived along with restaurants another retail establishments. Their daily rate was very affordable with full hookups. I like that they provide a storage shed on each site. Cheyenne was super helpful and welcoming. The park is making improvements . The laundry and Bath House appear to be new or newly renovated. My only recommendation is to install a fan in the bathroom because after taking a shower, it's like a sauna.
