Sunset Motel

The owners are absolutely outstanding. They are family oriented and completely polite. I can't thank them enough for everything. The people that stay here are a small community of good, decent people. It's at the top of Yucaipa Blvd. Right by all the shops and restaurants. You will not find a better deal in town. Period. The room is perfect. They upgraded sinks, showers, TV's. Harry and Josh are absolutely the most genuine people I have met. Dan who works maintenance and helps out as well is a complete gentleman. I love my stay here. I can't say enough good things about these people. Come stay at The Sunset Motel! You won't regret it. Thank you Sunset Motel Management team!

It's really are there any down to earth environment it's more like apartments. it's the service from the front desk that is amazing. My mom and dad have been staying there for certain reasons at the moment, and my mother tends to be a little much, but the guy at the front desk his name is Josh, he is the best. He doesn't ever treat my mother like she's called too many times ,she does though. But he makes her feel like she hasn't called enough. And the late last night when I couldn't reach them on their phone, I called the front desk phone number, and even though I'm pretty sure he was already fast asleep after midnight, he got right up to go knock on their door and make sure they were okay. Didn't complain or anything. He didn't even hesitate. The service, it's so great,!thanks Josh!!

0 Stars! The WORST motel I have ever stayed in. Here's some points to consider before staying here: 1. Roaches and bugs are everywhere; in every single drawer, the floors, the bathroom, the closet, the bed, etc. 2. It smelled really bad like age old cigarette stains and mold. 3. Super shady! As the night went on, it actually got louder there with more people in the parking lot, drug deals, and the manager at 11pm dragging some huge machine across the parking lot with two other shady looking guys. 4. They only took cash, no cards. I assume this is so that they can avoid taxes and liabilities in case someone tries to sue them. 5. The amenities are almost non-existent, as the mini fridge and microwave were plugged in using an orange extension cord that was run from the bathroom, the tv barely

I had training seminar for work. The front desk was very helpful. The room was set really nice. we were well taken care of . Great motel I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Manager was very helpful. Property was very well maintained. 3 MOTELS IN YUCAIPA .. this is a best one .. of course it’s a family friendly motel . 👍🏻

Harry the owner is always on site and goes to great lengths to take care of you , { he even helped me find a job ! } It's an Historical place and the folks here are so sweet , plus it's walking distance to shopping or a great meal & cocktail's ! Yucaipa is a little jewel of a place nestled up in the mountains , worth the drive and in moments one can be out in the pine trees up old HWY 38. It's a place with good vibes and lovely people . { Thank you Harry , got that job ! } Tammy
