La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Yucaipa

Positive: The staff and location were awesome. I also appreciated their going above and beyond by allowing me to check-in early and upgrading me yo a suite. Negative: The building itself was new but seemed to have been thrown together. The television lost signal frequently and then stay that way for 10-15 mins at a time. The gym equipment has not been maintained very well, and neither of the tvs worked.

We were in town for a wedding. This La Quinta Inn was super convenient to the venue, good value, and nice accommodations. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean, and the included breakfast was great! The fitness room was fairly larger than most other hotels where I have stayed. Great choice if you have an event nearby!

When I initially called to book my reservation, I was told that my group could not be found and that I therefore could not receive the group rate. I was instead offered a discounted rate of $165 per night if I listened to a sales presentation, which I did. Unfortunately, the sales pitch was quite intrusive and detracted from the booking experience. The following day, I realized I had not received a confirmation email and became concerned that my reservation may not have gone through. It turns out the reservation had been created with my name and email address spelled incorrectly. Cindy was very helpful in resolving this and ultimately had to delete the original reservation and rebook it. The room and bathroom was large and clean. The beds were high quality and comfortable. The shower pressure was strong and the water was instantly at the right temperature. The staff was amazing. They were polite and extemely helpful. They had extra hygiene supplies available when we realized we didn't have them. There was a 24/7 beverage station with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate as well as cold water in the lobby. The lobby was so relaxing to be in. Breakfast had a waffle bar, cereal, yogurt, apple and orange juice, and a hot bar buffet. The ONLY downside was that we were in the ADA room next to the gym, and early gym goers would wake us up. The gym looked fantastic and is open 24/7. But some days we wanted to sleep past 6am. We didn't hear anybody in other rooms though.
