Staying at this motel happy horrible the roaches everywhere don't even think about drinking the coffee in the office it is full coffee grounds every single day the internet shuts off every single day for hours and hours this is the worst motel I ever stayed at

I booked this hotel mainly to sleep during the day because of my third shift work schedule. Renovations at home were loud, so I needed a quiet place to rest. They offered me a deal, so I paid for the room mainly to sleep after work and then leave for my shift. The location was convenient, and the pictures looked nice, which made me think it was a decent place. Unfortunately, the room was not clean, with water puddles on the bathroom floor and many fixtures broken. There were bugs and mice, which made me feel unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel unless you're okay with feeling insecure and dealing with pests.

No. Absolutely not. We were warned by our uber driver ahead of time, but unfortunately we were going for cheap. As our car broke down, we needed something soon and inexpensive. We thought we were prepared for the worst... But for the Travel Lodge room (#304) we were given should have been considered a biohazard. I don't think they understand the definition of the word 'cleaning'. Dust, dirt, hair, grime, stains, dead bugs, unsure substances in the toilet and shower, old smelling towels, and the sink pipes were leaking. If we were not stranded, we would have called CDC. We did not shower, we carefully went to the bathroom, and ripped apart the bed before sleeping with just sheets. But Friends was on.

This place is not a place you would want to stay, the “manager” gets people for their money, they don’t provide receipts when you ask. Even if you show proof on your bank transactions that you paid he still says you didn’t. The rooms haven’t been updated in over 5 years. There’s mice and roaches. You have to beg for a fridge/ microwave/ towels. The rooms are just all around disgusting. Don’t plan on staying there again unless there is new management & everything is updated.

I stayed for one night, no towels, old crusty French fries in drawer, roaches upon roaches upon roaches, and shower was broken. These crooks will not give your money back or even try to rectify the situation. It was the most disgusting room I have ever seen. Do not stay here. It’s basically a homeless shelter but costs $$$
