Sunrise Extended Stay(Under New Management)

Stayed here for a minute there is mold everywhere and when you tell them about it they act like they don't speak English. The Indian lady is very rude and argumentative then they lie they tell you it's 300.00 a week with a 50.00 deposit but they charge you 400.00 for the first week. Then the box springs has mold all over it. The price was good and it was quiet but avoid at all costs if you can .

My check-in took 1 hr 40 min. First, the receptionist could not find my reservation in the computer. He took my phone and went to another room for 15 min or so to show somebody my reservation. I should not have let him. Then he stated that booking.com did not send my reservation to them. That was said in spite of the fact that I received 3 email messages from the hotel before my check-in date (they may have been automatic) telling me about details of check-in and stay. So either the receptionist lied, or the messages from the hotel were sent, but nobody knew about it. He could not do the reservation from the desk and had to call the nationwide customer service. It took another 15-20 min. He issued me a key. I went to the room, it did not work. I came back to the office. He programmed anoth

Only stay here as a VERY last resort & you better have CASH for a security deposit. The staff is hostile, the room I received smelled like cat litter. This tops my experience of cheesy hotels & I have been a road warrior. It was my last resort, because my transportation was broken down in Montgomery.

Absolutely Disgusting Avoid at All Costs! This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had, The room smelled horrible - like a mix of mold, smoke, and who-knows-what. Everything was filthy the floors, bathroom, even the bedding felt dirty. The place is run-down and honestly just ugly inside, I Couldn't even stay the night, I left early and absolutely expect a full refund, Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
