Sunrise Beach Club

Old and does not represent photos AT ALL! Patios and windows for beach view boarded up. No beach access, no pool, no elevator or handicap access. Needs to be condemned and torn down. Emergency phone broken and managers do not answer after hours. Poorly managed. Office closed after 5 and on weekends. Does not even earn a rating. Big Thumbs Down!

Clean, spacious, family friendly. Such a great place. We enjoy a couple weeks of relaxation here each summer.

This place is the best. If you have kids they can play in the courtyard. Where else can you play in luxurious grass right by the ocean. We were here the week of Halloween in unit 12. We carved pumpkins and put them outside our door. We flew kites. Normally we swim a lot but the pool, hot tub and beach access are down for the moment. It wasn't much to drive south for 1 min and go to the beach there. Plus it's temporary. The property isbr far from most attractions. And 1 hr drive from so much stuff The rooms are a little dated but clean plus who give a muffin you're cooking with an ocean view. I'll keep coming here until the building blows away it's my favorite place to be The staff is wonderful and so very helpful.

This place a super nice! Great place for kids. It is all gated so you don't have to worry. It is well maintained. I suggest bringing paper towels. Also make sure you read the rule book because they will be watching you like hawks and if you don't follow the rules they are on it. It was our first time there and the staff were dicks. Would of been a lot nicer stay if they had a different attitude towards their visitors. Also had some ants in the kitchen, but we just kept everything clean and it wasn't too much of an issue. Neighbors are all never nice. One gentleman let my 5 year old and I use his fishing tackle and go surf fishing one morning! Demographic is a mixed bag. Mostly older people, but also young families and children mixed in.

The grounds were well kept. The rooms were good size, comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was with ants. We had ants everywhere. The hot tub and pool were both very well taken care of and the grills were nice. There was a beautiful view from our room and it was very quiet.
