Sunflower Manor Hotel

Wow what a gorgeous space! Had a lovely girls weekend getaway in this incredible home. The house itself is beautiful and historic and has clearly been cared for down to the details. The stained glass is remarkable, the bed was super comfortable, everything was crisp and clean, kitchen well stocked and labeled conveniently, and the pool table and massage chair were awesome. The location was as also perfect! Right on the water with gorgeous views, walking distance to everything in the town, very cute neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Went for a great hike to 27 waterfalls and everyone loved it. Highly recommend sunflower manor !!!

We stayed over a weekend while attending a local event, the house stands out as one of the most beautiful in town. It's easy to recognize with it's vibrant colors. Inside, the common rooms are incredibly spacious, with beautiful walls and furniture. There is a large table for dining but still plenty of room if you wanted to dance. The amenities are great, with a beautiful gas stove, pool table, WiFi, and a meditation room. All on top of a luxurious room with stunning views of the Susquehanna River.

I spent a weekend at Sunflower Manor with a group of women and it was beautiful in so many ways. We had such amazing views of the Susquehanna river, nearby hiking with gorgeous waterfalls, walking to the little town area for food and drinks, treasure filled nearby antique shopping and a space that beyond met all of our needs. Cooking as a group in the kitchen was easy and the host did a wonderful job labeling everything for ease of use and accessibility. We all ate together at the large dining table, did yoga in the meditation room, played pool and visited each other's amazingly decorated rooms to play with different energies of the space. I would and will definitely be returning this space again for a visit!

I booked this gorgeous house for 5 days for a small family reunion. The house is spacious, incredibly beautiful, meticulously furnished, well-equipped for all our needs, and the owners were extremely communicative and accommodating to our party. Every single corner, room, door, window, etc has something gorgeous and unique to catch the eye. It's clear this property was put together to be functional and beautiful. Plus, two parking spaces, easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants is definitely a plus. And being on the water was so peaceful. Not to mention the billiards table, giant kitchen, and claw-footed bathtub, and private bathroom for each room... 10/10 will stay here again.

I have stayed at Sunflower Manor twice now and both times were wonderful! I am looking forward to coming back in May! I have a daughter at Bucknell and this location worked out great - highly recommend for parent's weekend or really any weekend visit! We had 4 adult couples each stay and so enjoyed being able to hang out for breakfast in the morning and then come back at night to play some pool and unwind. The rooms are clean, comfortable and private. Thank you!
