Sun Retreats Rehoboth Bay

After spending time with my family here for 20 years, we finally decided to buy a camper in the seasonal section of Leisure Point/Sun Retreats Rehoboth Bay. We love it so much that we had the camper for less than a year and bought a house in the permanent section. Pattie and her staff have been absolutely fantastic throughout the time we’ve been here. They are always friendly and very responsive. The park is always beautiful and well-maintained. Leisure Point is absolutely perfect for us!

I have been here for a few years and feel like I have experienced enough to give a helpful review. My wife and I are new to this style of camping and were surprised by how friendly and helpful the other residents are. Multiple times, someone has seen me struggling with something on my site and stopped to offer advice or a helping hand. Any time I have a question for management or need assistance, Pattie has been patient and wonderful to work with, even taking the time to help me with a minor emergency on her day off. Laurie has been a pleasure as I navigate my first season with a boat. Doug and Ched on the security staff have been a blast to get to know and do a great job preventing any trouble year-round. I found this year to be disappointing. The owners and management don't even seem to speak to the tenants. I walked in the office and some woman came from a back office and rudely asked if there was something she could help with..Hello..why else would I be there. Sorry to bother her!! I won't go in there again. There is a marina store but you can never find it open. No set hours. If you need gas for boat, you better get it whenever it might be open. Should you go into the store, you will find a kid who is about 12 running the counter. She takes orders, runs the cash register and takes forever. Unbelievable...Always a line and have to wait because the kid can't take orders quickly and good luck if your order is right. As you patiently wait in the line with a bag of ice, it will b mel

Stayed about a week in a transient camp site several years ago. It was a short vacation but we really enjoyed time there. Staffs were very nice and sites are well managed and clean. The boat slip we rented worked out nice too. I wish they still offer transient sites or monthly lease.

We have been here 8 years and love it. Sun is very clean and one of the most beautiful campgrounds. It is a great place to keep a boat. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The store is well stocked and reasonably priced.
