Sun Outdoors Panama City Beach

I always do honest & fair reviews so this will be no different. We stayed in Feb. for 3 weeks. The good: Clean, well lit (more on that later), GREAT staff!, welcoming campers, great facilities, good access to Panama city & beach. Swimming pools were well heated, hot tub was hot & well maintained, as was the pickle ball court & dog runs (1 for small dogs & 1 for big doggos). Although we didn't go to the zoo next door, hearing the lions roar in the morning, howler monkeys at sunset, & owls at night was really really awesome!❤️ Not so good: The noise from the street. Sirens every day, hot rods, and traffic was loud at times. Although there are bike paths, the streets are busy. All amusement places are closed during the week except for mini putt, it's a tourist ghost town in Feb. THE REAL

My husband and I camped at beautiful Sun Resort PSB during Spring Break (3/14/2025 - 3/19/2025) . ||During our stay, our camper was damaged. We had our camper detailed on Tuesday (3/12/2025) before we left home and the damage was not there. Someone decided it was a good idea to squeeze between my camper and the bush/tree beside it. They did not fit and caused damage to our camper. We were not at the camper when the damage was done, therefore we did not see it happen. We found the damage as we were preparing the camper to leave early the next day. We immediately contacted the Emergency Number for Sun Resorts and spoke with Ray. Ray came to the campsite and took pictures. The irrigation man also came to inspect (not sure his name, long silver hair, drives white dually truck) . Both men agre

I just moved in, and this place is totally amazing. Teri the property manager, and her staff are amazing. Also, the facilities and amenities are top-notch. Doing laundry it’s very easy here. And they have on-site propane fill, which helps as well. I just really enjoy my time here. Highly recommend this place. The location is perfect because it’s about a mile and a half to the beach and then there’s all kinds of retail and restaurants very close by. My site is big enough for the RV and two vehicle vehicles.

If you're looking for a quiet stay with super nice office check-in staff, this is your place! The campsite areas are immaculate. The pool looks inviting, but it's December and too cold outside for this Southern girl to jump in. Lol. It is pet-friendly. People were walking their dogs all the time. We will be back.

We spent 4 days here. The sites are pretty tight but that seems to be the way parks are going. Although they charge plenty die the sites seem to nickel and dime you. Want to wash your truck it’s $5 want to wash rv it’s $10 for water. The included internet is horrible. They do have a better one but they charge for that as well.
