The location of this hotel cannot be beat. Oceanfront with an expansive beach, and the pool area is top notch h, extremely well maintained and the deck clean. The rooms would get 5 stars if there were some sort of dresser or armoire in the room for clothes-unpacking isn’t something you can do. The staff here is probably the nicest and happiest I’ve ever come across- people going about their duties actually singing and smiling, it was refreshing to see. The managers are very attentive and extremely helpful and so supportive to their staff, and honestly, everyone at the front desk is just on it. Mac in the bar is delightful, and always smiling. I write this only after reaching out to management directly and no one responded after multiple attempts. Just a “we apologize” would completely suffice. ||I begin by acknowledging several positives. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The maintenance staff we encountered were outstanding, the front desk team was consistently friendly and professional, and the breakfast each morning was excellent. I also understand the front desk can only request items from housekeeping and does not control delivery.||That said, there were issues that significantly impacted our experience.||Upon arrival, we were provided with only three towels for a reservation of four guests. Clean, fresh, modern and friendly. I was very impressed with the upscale property for reasonable prices. Paid parking across the street with skywalk access to the hotel. Balcony rooms over looking the Gulf. Was surprised at the size of the room. Comfortable pillows and bed for a restful sleep. Woke up to see dolphins swimming down the shoreline. The free breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Definitely a great pet friendly property and I hope to go back soon

This hotel is at a great location and the pool is amazing and heated. The only issue I found is the room was not as clean as other Hilton hotels we have stayed at. There were stains on the curtains and someone's hair in the shower and the balcony chairs were very dirty and broke, it looks like the balcony has not been cleaned in over a year with the way the chairs looked. The other issue was, we needed more bath towels and I saw a housekeeper and asked for more towels and gave her the room number and she says she doesn't understand me and can't speak English..... Please do better Hampton in Panama city beach.
