If you are in a small camper or trailer, this park is great, but if you're in a larger motorhome, it's tight. The RV spots are narrow. We literally had to move the RZR parked in front of our motorhome so that the people next to us could get out of their spot. Thankfully, my husband is very skilled at backing our trailer/motorhome, because we are in total around 55 feet long. And the only place to park our RZR was in front of our motorhome because the spots were so narrow, and the RZR just fit without being in the road. The RV park was nice and clean. The office was nice. The employees were very helpful. One more thing, the hot tub was out of commission. Pool looked nice. Laundry facilities were very nice. Lots of Speed Queen washers and dryers. You can use a card or cash. Also,
I recently stayed here for a week at a tent site. The resort is very nice- cleaned and organized. Check-in was easy and quick. Finding my site was easy. There are laundry machines on site, as well as key code entry bathrooms with showers. The bathrooms were very clean! There are a couple of dog park areas and a swimming pool if you want to cool off.||I often saw security driving around on their golf carts. I felt very safe and didn't worry much about my belongings. Many of the guests in the tent sites were just passing through for a day or two. In my experience, nights were quiet there- no loud parties or people who stayed up late in the nights. Sometimes parties would arrive around 10p, but were pretty quiet setting up camp.||If I were planning a trip to Moab, I would absolutely stay here
I hope most Sun Outdoors locations are better than this one. Starting with the negatives: The sites are extremely tight and noticeably unlevel. Ours was so uneven that we had to pull all the way to the front of our pull-through and still use blocks. This setup forced us to buy extra sewer hoses that ran the full length of our rig. Picture below. Hoses are not cheap. Wi-Fi is poor unless you pay for an “upgraded” version—which hardly feels like an amenity. The pet area near the women’s restroom smelled terrible. The turf clearly needs cleaning, as the sun bakes in the odor from all the pet waste. Rules don’t seem to be enforced. Our neighbors left trash outside, which attracted crows. The laundry room was decently clean but the pricing felt misleading. It’s $3 to wash plus a 25-cent
On the outskirts of moab. Peek season and very crowded. Two separate clean public bathroom, bathhouse. Clean laundry room, small pool but heated and nice clean jacuzzi. Nice playground. 2 small fenced dog parks. Full RV good working hook ups. the spaces were very close so not a lot of room for privacy, outdoor grilling and seating felt cramped. Cabins looked nice from the outside. Canopied spaces for tent camping Conveniently located to all amenities , local shops restaurants, off road rentals .
This RV park will nickle and dime you and give nothing! Over 100.00 per night for a run down park and on top of that 20.00 dollar online registration fee! No grass for dogs to do their business just a rinky dink area with astro turf in it and stinky! No Internet just wi-fi We asked about the cable and clerk told us it wasn't working correctly....waiting on a part so picture would be fussy... which it was so you would think they would not charge for something not up to par but alas...no Still was charged to plug into a crap'o'la cable. Upon arrival we were scheduled to a spot too small for our rig One of the other campers came over and said that that was also where establishment tried to put them... so we asked to be relocated and were given a new spot... I'll give them credit for
