great site, but for the price it’s what you’d expect. showers are ok, pool is nice, hot tub not warm enough to enjoy at night. there’s ok laundry and dish washing area. over all pretty neutral. ($60 for a tent site, no idea the price for hook up)

Loved the deluxe cabin and proximity to Arches & Moab. General store and staff were great. We loved our stay and would stay again. A few things I want to mention. The AC unit is very loud. Bring earplugs if that would bother you. There is a lot of light coming in from outside via the window on the door. The shower head is mounted very low. I’m only 5’2”, and it was low even for me. It’s still a wonderful stay! Would definitely go back!

We were visiting our grandchildren in Utah and wanted to take them on a four-day adventure in July. Our goal was to explore Arches National Park and Canyonlands, and this location was absolutely perfect—just a mile or two from the entrance to Arches!||We stayed in one of the Airstream campers, and it was fantastic—spotlessly clean and felt brand new. It had a lovely deck and was conveniently located near the playground, showers, and the pool and hot tub, which the kids loved.||As infrequent campers, we didn’t realize that using the camper bathroom for everything in hot weather isn’t ideal. On our second day, we returned to a strong odor. I spoke with the manager, and she immediately came down—even though she was just about to leave for the evening. She emptied the septic tank, sprayed the

What can I say. I was suckered in by the false/misleading advertising for a "live music" at this location. The staff at check in were aware, as they were discussing these changes that "were made by corporate" and wondering how many others had seen it. The RV spots are small. Like 1/2 spots. There will be 2 of you sharing those spaces, and you will share the grass area as well. The overall space, was clean. The tent spots and cabins were the prime spots. Spacious, shaded.

HOST WENT THROUGH OUR BELONGINGS WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. A last-name mix-up led us to the wrong cabin, but instead of reaching out through Airbnb (where we had already been communicating) the host entered our cabin without permission and went through our belongings to “verify” our identity. This was a major violation of privacy and made us feel completely unsafe. When I confronted Brenna, the staff member who did this, she refused to take any responsibility. Instead of acknowledging how serious it is to go through a guest’s belongings without permission, she first denied doing it, then later tried to justify it by saying, “I didn’t open your bag ALL the way.” Her dismissive attitude was shocking and made the entire situation even more unsettling. I would strongly urge future guests to th
