Its an rv park, bout the same as any other one. Sketchy people and people that are in town for work. I'd go look for a different one if I lived in an rv but you might like it if location is good or you an close to work. There is sketchy ness in most of these so that's expected in my opinion. Lock your stuff down tight and your propane tanks as well.
The people are friendly outgoing. They will help you in any way they can. Its a nice quiet place
