Summit Inn - Dayton

Don’t judge a book by its cover. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, staff, and the price is right. They recently renovated the rooms, and I stayed here for 2 nights because I was so impressed with the first night. The shower has great water pressure and overall.. the restroom and room are spacious.

Arrived just shy of 5 in the morning due to a power outage in my area. We decided to go to this hotel because it was close and we were familiar with it. When I walked into the room, there was a wet and bloody washcloth in the sink. We were very ti red so we just went to sleep. My husband left for work at 8 in the morning, and just a few minutes after that someone came to my door asking me to come to the front for check out. I said "What for? I just got here a few hours ago." She apologized and left, and about a half hour later, another woman was knocking on my door telling me to come check out. (BTW their sign says "Check out 11:00 A.M", and when I arrived, I asked if I would be checking out at 11 since that was only 6 hours away, and I was told no, we were just considered checking in ear

I happen to have started my period and they try 2 tell me I had 2 pay for the sheets when NO ITS YOUR JOB TO CLEAN THE SHEETS AND PAY FOR THEM NOT MINE WILL NEVER WASTE MONEY HERE AGAIN

Rented a room here after hurricane Beryl hit, both my daughters had fever so they could be in the heat, so thankful they had rooms available with power and a/c

The staff don't care at all about their renters. They are very rude and blame you for the obsolete appliances. Their toilet broke. The water basin cracked and cut me as well as bruised me when it fell on its side against the tub. It had wobbled since we got there. We stayed 1 night. The beds were hard as rocks. They moved us to another room to take a shower and then leave. The toilet didn't work well. You had to pull the lever up in order for it to fill the bowl. It then flushed. The staff had the NERVE to say we broke their toilet. They then had the NERVE to say if we were handicap we should have told them. We are not handicap. Had it bruised my other knee which I busted open before, we would have Been stuck 4 hours away from home. I drive a standard. We did not bring a change
