Best Western Dayton Inn & Suites

I’ve been staying at the Best Western, and I have to say — Maria has been absolutely amazing! She’s gone above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, especially while I’ve been in town receiving acupuncture and chiropractic services. Her genuine care and professionalism made recovery and rest so much easier. It’s rare to meet someone who treats guests like family.||Thank you, Maria, for making my experience exceptional. Lady at the front desk was nice, the room was musty, but reasonably clean. After reading through the clap backs from management on other reviews and folks running from hurricanes, I wouldn’t give it more than a star. Riding through and realized I needed to stop, but if you have options, you should probably stay anywhere but here, doesn’t seem like management wants your business. Stay somewhere that is well run and wants to accommodate travelers. I’ve served and been around the world and back again with the Army and out of all the places I’ve stayed, this management response is certainly unique in my fifty plus years! Reputable hotels all around, this isn’t one of them. Probably best to avoid.

This is a good hotel but one complaint I do have is me , my husband and 2 children got a room the morning of hurricane beryl and was charged the extra $35 for getting the room before 3pm and I believe I shouldn’t have to pay that under the circumstances we we’re in. I will be back to this hotel but would like for you to make this right for me and my family. Hotel has good breakfast and is clean. During a hurricane you still want to charge people $35 that’s sad. On a normal day I understand but not taking advantage of a situation that people don’t deal with everyday and needed somewhere safe to stay.

We had been displaced from my dad's home after his funeral. We were so tired decided to go to Best Western. I had looked online and then called to see if they had a room for two beds. So we went on in there. The lady at the front desk was so nice to us. She told us about the room and the complementary breakfast in the morning. It's was one of the best night sleeps had in a long time. We went there again after making repairs to our own home. They immediately helped lower the price on the room to make it easier on us. Which was amazing. We went to our immaculate rooms and watched movies and my son went to the vending machines got us a few snacks. We had a really nice time in our rooms. They are handicapped accessible having ramp and an elevator which was a plus for me.
