Summer Breeze Kemah RV Resort

Park was great for the price. Concrete pad and manager was very attentive through txt message. Bathrooms we're a bit dirty and only 2 out of the 4 worked. All in all was a good experience.

A decent RV park for long-term stays. Relatively close to Kemah, League City and Texas City. There are a few bad apples, but they mostly keep to themselves. The management is very reasonable and easy to work with. They typically address concerns right away. The only issue I had was that the hot tub was out of service for most of my several month stay.

My husband and I recently retired and toured Summer Breeze as a potential destination for our motor home shake down cruise. The facility is clean and well planned. The bath houses are spotless and well appointed. There is some shade as well as all the necessary hook ups. I spoke with manager Christie and she is very friendly and accommodating. The area is supported by Uber and is reasonably close to several restaurants and night spots. We haven't taken our cruise yet but Summer Breeze is our choice when we do.

Super great! Friendly staff and loved the pool. Edited as of 12/31/24. we went back, and this place was quite different. It had been sold to new owners and was so run down. I couldn't believe what I saw. It was quite disturbing.

I have been living at Summer Breeze RV Resort - Kemah since arriving in Texas, from New York on 11/19/2021. Summer Breeze - Kemah was recommended to me, by my brother, who stayed at Summer Breeze - Katy, with his family for 9 months while his house was being built. I have been very happy living here. Rent is affordable, it's very clean, and it's safe. The entire park is surrounded by a fence and a moat & there is a gate which is locked when when no one is in the office. We have quiet time, free wi-fi, a pool & a hot tub, as well as an onsite laundry room and 4 bathrooms with showers, if needed. There is also a "bark park" where residents can bring their dogs. The park is close to everything one might need for a short or long stay with plenty of attractions and shopping nearby. Management l
