Ive been living at Saltwater for about a year and 6 months, I love it. Landlords are great, maintenance gets taken care of. Trailers are nice. Great park for me and my dog.
Great place to live. They are easy to work with and resolve any problems in a reasonable amount of time. Very queit place to live
It's a really great place to live, everyone is very friendly around the RV park and the landlords are very nice and respectful. The grounds guy keeps up with the lawn every week and keeps it looking fresh!!
Most horrible place to live. Roaches everywhere and the landlords are definitely drugs . They wouldn't replace plumbing or heating in my rv and often was spoke to very rudely by park managers . I do not recommend this place
This place is horrible. I went down there to visit my daughter and the girl, if you can call it that, looks horrendous. She was rude, smart mouthed and refused to give me the owners information. People, there are sooo many more RV places in San Leon, I would suggest using ANY OTHER.
